Stay Strong Music Friends
Chocolate. Coffee. Baking. Fitness. Blanket Forts. Movie Nights. This is the face of quarantine on social media. It looks pretty cool. And maybe it is. But maybe it's also not. We don't see the extra weight we may have put on, the frustration at our lack of control of our everyday lives, the disappointment of missing out on many exciting plans, or how much we miss our friends. It's safe to say there can be good and bad in any situation. While quarantine looks a little diffe

Recital Recap
Thank you to everyone who came out today to support our musicians at the recitals! As you know, in lieu of tickets we asked for various contributions we could donate to our community. Thank you for all the donations of toys, clothing and food you brought today--we can't wait to get them dropped off so they will quickly be in the hands of those who most need them. Thank you to the Museum of Making Music for allowing us to use their beautiful recital hall. What a fantastic way

Running out of time? We are happy to help by keeping your kids busy with music fun and games, singing, exposure to different instruments, how to improvise, and even a daily nature walk. Choose from the 2 days before Christmas to help you get ready or the 2 days after so you can reset your house, or all 4 days. All camp days run from 9am-1pm $75 for 2 days or $150 for 4 days. New School Year--Nearly New Building
Our new space is getting closer to completion every day. The facade is complete, the new doors and windows are in, and we even had new sidewalks poured. The inside will be undergoing a little facelift as well, as we take the opportunity to expand our group classroom. We have enjoyed expanding out retail offerings as well by doubling our guitar selection and string choices as well. We have loved our new location since day one, but we are appreciating it more everyday. We are

Recital Protocol
It is a nice opportunity for students of all ages to have the chance to perform what they have been working on for a warm and welcoming audience. Students have the opportunity to share what they are learning, and to receive positive feedback. Performance protocol is that students approach the stage, bow, perform their piece, and bow again before leaving the stage. This gives the audience the opportunity to welcome the performer to the stage, and for the performer to get rea

All American Music Summer Camp
New camp for 2019! All American Music Summer Camp was created to get kids excited! Excited kids are great music students. We partner with parents in raising up musically literate students. We want students to be inspired by the greats to so they are fired up about singing and playing music. Once engaged, students will drive themselves to greatness. Sometimes, all we need is a little inspiration! Joe Welnick was once a student at Giacoletti Music, and he got inspired. His i

Summer Fun @ Giacoletti Music
Summer has it's own rhythm. Vacations, summer camps, out of town visitors...it stays light later, evenings at the beach, bonfires with the sounds of a guitar or ukulele playing in the background. Summer is also a very exciting season at Giacoletti Music with three special events! First, this year we will have our Summer Awards Recital on Saturday, July 20th, 10am. This is an opportunity for us to recognize students for the outstanding work that they put in all year. Please

We Love a Recital
We are happy to be able to offer two formal performance opportunities for students each year. This year our summer recital is July 20th at 10am. We know that performance experiences help students grow, mature, and to gain poise. They are opportunities to celebrate all their hard work. And to celebrate the dedication of parents and guardians as well. Making musicians requires a lot of support. Parents, students and teachers work together to reach milestones and we need to

First Recital after the Move!
Thank you to everyone who made the recital a smashing success. Thanks to SoCal Pianos for the use of their space, the teachers for their teaching and inspiration, and the families for supporting these fabulous students! It was a nice afternoon of famous themes played on piano, guitar, and ukulele. The reception was a great time to get to know each other better, and enjoy a lovely spread. Thank you families, for your contributions. Also, thank you to everyone who participa
